Appointments

To avoid disappointment it is necessary to book an appointment to try dresses on. Please call 01268 655888 Please limit the number of friends/family that you bring with you, conflicting opinions will often result in confusion and your disappointment.

Placing your order

It is best to allow approximately 6 months or longer for delivery, plus time for alterations and fittings. However, we can get ALL our gowns on a rush delivery if required. 50% deposit is required at time of ordering.

Alterations

We offer a full alteration service on all our dresses with all work being carried out on the premises by our highly experienced seamstresses. Please note all dresses are fully steamed before leaving the premises.

DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF BRIDAL SALES DURING 2010 AND ORDERS TAKEN FOR 2011, WE ARE VERY SORRY BUT WE ARE NOW UNABLE TO CARRY OUT ANY ALTERATIONS FOR BRIDESMAIDS.

HOWEVER, TO HELP ASSIST YOU IN THE PREPARATION AND PLANNING FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY WE CAN RECOMMEND VERY EXPERIENCED SEAMSTRESSES THAT WILL BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT YOUR FITTINGS AND ALTERATIONS.

Fittings

Fittings are usually carried out approximately 6 weeks before date of wedding. We ask if you could limit the number of family and friends attending fittings and appointments to allow for the seamstress to have full concentration to carry out a professional service with minimum disruption. Thanking you for your co -operation. Fittings are usually carried out on a Tuesday or Thursday. Late evenings will be avaliable in the near future. When attending fittings please bring along your shoes and underwear with you that you will be wearing on your wedding day. Fittings cannot be carried out without these.
